ARE THERE SPECIAL TOOLS I NEED TO MAINTAIN “HANZI”?

Each new HANZI Diesel Generator comes with a complete parts tool containing all the parts you would need to restore the commonly needed replacement parts. The kit includes all the tools you will need as well.

BUT WHAT IF I NEED A PART THIS KIT DOESN’T HAVE.

Any part that is needed, You call direct to NEWINLI in Chino, California, or you may call your state’s HANZI Distributor or Dealer. The necessary parts may thus be ordered and sent by UPS or other shipping Co. Ball bearings, roller bearings, oil seals, filters, and injectors are available from local machine parts suppliers such as auto parts, farm implements, or bearing stores. Bottom line is: NEWINLI International, INC. stands ready to help you with any part you may have difficulty locating. A full stock of parts is on hand at our central warehouse in Chino, California.

HOW BIG A “HANZI” DIESEL GENERATOR DO I NEED TO RUN MY HOUSEHOLD?

A Model S195, S1100, 295 Diesel Engine coupled with a 7.5kw, 10kw, and a 15kw respectfully is sufficient to handle most average households. It will run your lights, television, VCR’s, computers, electric irons, sewing machines, washing machines, drying machines and all your electrical appliances. The Engines and Generators are designed to run 24 hours, around the clock. However most people who live in remote areas where there is a need to produce their own power, install an array of solar photovoltiac panels to supply constant power and use the Engine and Generator to boost the storage batteries or to handle production on overcast days or for heavier than usual demands.

WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF A HANZI DIESEL ENGINE OVER A GASOLINE ENGINE?

With a diesel you get three times the fuel efficiency of the gasoline engine and a life span of over 25 years instead of only one or two as with the gasoline engine. With the proper maintenance, the HANZI diesel engine will last your lifetime. They are built to keep serving indefinitely, as long as you need them.

JUST HOW GOOD IS THE FUEL ECONOMY ?

Instead of only one hour per gallon as with the gasoline engines, you get three or more hours of use per gallon of diesel fuel. Keep in mind that diesel fuel is safer to store than gasoline.

DOES THE DIESEL ENGINES MAKE A LOT OF NOISE?

Yes it is true that the diesel engine is noisy. This is because it operates on a compression basis, which makes it a simpler engine mechanically than gasoline engines and contributes to their long life. You do need to install the diesel equipment at a greater distance from your bedroom and living room than the gasoline engines. The diesel engine can be encased in soundproofing walls, but it gives you a more secure feeling to hear the distant purring of the engine and know everything is put-putting along. We love to hear ours...... it is a sweet reminder of all those electric bills we never have to pay.

ISN’T A DIESEL GENERATOR COMPLICATED? WILL I HAVE PROBLEMS KNOWING HOW TO TAKE CARE OF IT AND OPERATE IT?

The opposite is true. The HANZI diesel is made for utter simplicity. It works with just three basic elements: Air, Compression, and Fuel. It does not have the many problem parts that gasoline engines require. There are no spark plugs, carburetor, points, or magneto. As long as you give the diesel machine the three things it needs it will run like a dream. As the engines life progresses, you will only need to provide maintenance on a regular, schedule basis to keep it like new. The HANZI diesel generator comes with a neasy to follow instruction book telling how to do this regular maintenance. You can do it yourself or any garage mechanic can help.
